Stability ab ball crunches – This is perfect for toning your abs! Simply lie your back on the ball, after stabilizing yourself, do regular crunches. You’ll notice how much less strain you’ll be placing on your back, and at the same time you’ll feel more resistance in your ab area, because in this position it’ll promote you to use your core instead of your back! For more advance move, try to hold weights while doing crunches.

Knee tucks – Start by positioning your hands like a standard push up. Then align your shins to balance on top of the ball. Slowly roll the ball towards your body while pushing your knees in together, you’ll feel your abs contract and your back hunches if done properly.

Push up on ball – Standard push up with the exception that your leg are placed on the ball. Variation such as this will force you to work you upper body and abs harder, straining them for maximum effects.
