Before we begin, lets talk about some of the exercises you will want to avoid at all costs. Simply because they are mostly ineffective as well as potentially harmful to you back!

-Sit-ups with feet supported

-Hanging leg, but with an arched back

-Machine based twisting exercises and ab exercises.

I’m sorry if you’ve previously invested in any of those machine, but you need to get rid of them before they injured you! Getting great abs will need you to work your entire abdominal area thoroughly and progressively, and therefore it is advisable not to use any type of machine based aids.

So exactly what type of exercises you can do at home? Keep in mind that these exercises listed below are some of the top exercises trainers use to teach people how to develop six pack abs, as it provides the most resistance as well as it encourages proper body positioning throughout these exercises.

-Reverse crunches (crunching hips off the floor)

-Ab Scissors

-Stability ball crunches

-Bench crunches

-Ab bicycles (make sure you alternate your knees to elbows!)

Remember, you can modify some of the above exercises simply by adding weights, and it will provide more resistance and gives you better results. But if you’re starting out, just concentrate on the basics, this will lower your injury risks.

Aside from working out your abdominal area, you will also need to eat right to compliment your abs building process. I will post some diet plans and meal ideas in the future, sign up for the mini course as well if you want some more great tips and information!
