How To Get Rock Hard Abs – 5 Simple Tips
We are constantly striving to reach that ripped, washboard six pack abs appearance. But unfortunately not everybody have the will and determination to see through their goals. Some give up after weeks,or maybe months of lower abs exercises and training because it seemed that no matter what they do, those defined abs just won’t pop up!
I’m no stranger to that, I used to train hard especially on abs alone, I mean what better way to get rock hard abs than to go straight to it right? How wrong was I, truth is I should have not started going straight into lower abs workout, in fact I should have concentrated on getting flatter stomach!
Because, no matter how hard I train my lower abs, I did not get thinner, I didn’t turn those fats into muscles!
But that was a while back, anyway here it is, 5 simple tips to getting that rock hard abs:
1. Burn off those fats – You’ve probably heard people saying great abs are made in the kitchen, which is true. A balance diet is what you need, not some fad diet plan.
2. Work your metabolism – Ever wonder why most people grow fatter as they grow older? Metabolism slows down as you age, and therefore finding it harder to burn off fats than when they’re thinner. What you can do is have 5-6 small meals throughout the day. This way your body will be constantly working, and so does your metabolism rate.
3. Carbohydrate intake – Especially towards the end of the day! It’s fine to have more of those for breakfast and lunch, and avoid or reduce for dinner time. Try to avoid any carbohydrate intake 3 hours before bed time, this way your body will have a chance to break them down before it goes to the fat storage!
4. Cardio exercise - Running, walking, jumping and any cardio exercise will accelerate your fat burning process, as well as increasing your heart rate and helps your stamina.
5. Abs exercises – While your burning of fats, don’t forget to include some abs exercises to your routines. Perhaps twice a week, this will help strengthen your call as well as toning those hidden abs. Once you have managed to get rid of those fats, you’ll see defined and toned six pack abs immediately!
Lastly, stay persistent and determine! Getting a well defined and rock hard six pack abs takes time, effort as well as consistency. Also don’t forget to maintain them once you’ve achieved your goals! If you need meal ideas as well as abs workout, this is the six pack abs program that I personally use.
